What a great night we had!

Thank you everyone who attended and made the evening such a success. Over 200 people enjoyed Alkira movies 'Abbey' and  'The Egg Cup' and a preview of the new movie 'Red Dog'.

The Minister for Community Services, the Hon. Mary Wooldridge MP, said on stage and repeated afterwards how much she appreciated and admired the happy spirit so evident amongst the Alkira families and friends.

Alkira at the Movies this year was a showcasing rather than fundraising event, and we intend to conduct it annually for both showcasing and fundraising.
