Quality Audit

 

The Disability Act 2006 requires all registered disability providers to undergo Independent Monitoring to provide evidence that services are meeting the Standards for Disability Services in Victoria (SDSV) outlined in the Quality Framework for Disability Services.  

The audit is designed to support our commitment to improving our service delivery through identifying opportunities for improvement and acting upon those opportunities.

Our Stage 2 Quality audit was carried out at a number of Alkira sites between 4th and 7th October 2011.

The focus was on talking to the people we support and their families and carers, staff and volunteers as well as looking at the sites and documentation that supports the services we provide.
